Bohem

The way we do our nails has changed so much over the years. I for one can remember being a teenager and being in awe with the different options that were available in nail salons. Of course, it is nothing compared to what we have on offer to us now. From the good ol’ acrylic nails, to gel, shellac, and now Bohem Nails*  have introduced nail jewellery as an enhancement to your natural nail. By adding a 925 sterling silver nail piece to your natural nail, it is used to accentuate the nails for that ever so sought for glam .

Now I can probably guess what some of you are saying; I’m fairly sure it was the same as me when I heard about Bohem. What-the….? It is even possible? Bohem have created something so unique, and something that I have not actually heard about before for those of us that want to stand out from the crowd. With the ever famous saying to “treat your nails as jewels”, Bohem have certainly stepped it up a notch with their nail jewellery, and if I’m honest, it is defiantly something that will make people second look your nails.

The application process is super simple, and full instructions as to how to apply the nail are provided with every order. Adhesive tabs which are used to stick down the nail are provided, and it’s a major plus for me that they are adhesive tabs – everyone knows what a nightmare nail glue can be! However, the downside of using adhesive tabs is that I did find the nail sometimes misaligned out of place, even though I followed the application process word to word.

Bohem nails

The Bohem nails are re-usable, which means you won’t need to buy your favourite design again – you can build up a collection! You also won’t need to resize the nails as within the order process you choose what size your required nail is to be. If, like me, you have no idea what size you would need to get, Bohem have a helpful size guide, which can easily be used by measuring your nail with a ruler.

There’s currently a huge range of nail jewellery online at the Bohem website, which can be found HERE prices range from between £14 – £21. With every order Bohem provide a nail buffer, polishing cloth, 12 x adhesive tabs, and an application guide – the nails are kept in a super cute black windowed box (which I’m totally not throwing out!)

Bohem nails are guaranteed to add that glitz to a special occasion, in a way no-one would expect. However, that being said, for someone like me, who is currently working in an office, it wouldn’t work as an everyday piece that I could wear on my nails. I think I will save this one as a statement on my nails at a party.

Would you ever try out nail jewellery, or is it too much for you?
