The UFIT protein shakes have also quickly become popular for those who want to have something on the go, for breakfast or as a snack. There has been such a change in trends at the moment, whereby protein and cereal bars aren’t as popular for those who are looking for on the go foods.

It’s always important, with shakes or any types of drinks, to make sure the nutrients and ingredients that are inside the bottle are actually of some benefit to you. With the UFIT protein shakes there is huge 22g of protein mixed with skimmed milk. Although there are a lot of people who wouldn’t normally opt for skimmed milk, as there is always the conception that it is watery (personally I much prefer skimmed milk!).

The UFIT protein shakes come in two different flavours, chocolate and strawberry – which have always been the two most popular protein shake flavours anyways. A lot of people believe that protein shakes don’t actually taste that great, which can be true in some cases. There are some shakes out there that just taste plain awful. These however, have a similar taste to that of Yazoo milkshakes. You don’t need to worry about having a large sugar intake with these shakes, as they actually have no added sugar within them – apart from natural sugars.

The shakes also aren’t thick in consistency, so they won’t make you feel like you’re drinking a milkshake. They’re the same consistency as flavoured milk.

With these UFIT protein shakes there is no need to fuss-around with shaker bottles, or dealing with protein that hasn’t strained through and is left lumpy. They are essential on the go shakes, for re-building strength and muscle recovery after a grueling workout.

The UFIT protein shakes can be purchased from your local supermarket at £2.00 each or directly from theproteinshakesco in bulk for £16.00 for 8.
