The year is already in its full swing, and if you have reduced your 2016 trends considerations only to fashion, you are mistaken. Spotify Playlist ; Couch to 5k

Another week and another spotify playlist. For anyone who has been following The Life Of Vanisha you will know I’ve been on a fitness journey recently, and that’s not just to my impending wedding, but just as a lifestyle change. Spotify is an app I’ve had on my phone for so long now, and much preferred to using my iPod – which is actually now broken (boo! RIP iPod). I’ve started working my way through the couch to 5k workout, as I felt I was just running on the treadmill with no real goal. To me,there’s no point in trying to improve your fitness if you don’t have goals in place. So, I got my act together and made a plan for myself. If you’re starting to feel a bit groggy and lacking energy by the end of the day, it’s potentially time to review your diet and what you are snacking on at your desk. Clear out those drawers and start stocking up on the items within my list below, these are vital snacks to help you focus at work.

It would be difficult to miss the likes of UFIT protein shakes when you are walking into your local supermarket. However, with many of us confused of with the benefits that these shakes can have on our bodies, these little bottles of wonders could easily be missed. For us females, drinking protein shakes is a relatively new thing. Although protein shakes can lead to the development of lean muscle, it’s also beneficial to those of us who want to lose fat, but gain nutrients at the same time. How To Drink More Water

With the New Year drawing close, and many of us already making our New Years plans to go out and get the festivities started, we’re all sure to need a detox to give us the best start to the year. I for one, am planning on being utterly boring this year – though it is a preference to me, by having a quiet New Years on the sofa binge watching my favourite TV Shows on Netflix. The one thing I have endlessly wanted to do is find ideas, and tips, as to how to drink more water. We all know that we need to get our recommended daily allowance of water drunk each day to maintain a healthy lifestyle – which is about 2 liters a day. As our body weight is made up of about 60% water, it’s essential to get that recommended amount into our bodies to flush away…
